PCB: After the change in the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan team’s fast bowler Wahab Riaz has taken a jibe at the former chairman of the board, Ramiz Raja. Wahab said that if Rameez Raja is feeling bad, then I was also feeling bad when he did not respond to my calls and messages. Wahab spoke remembering the time when Rameez Raja completely ignored him.
Did not answer the phone four times
Talking about the former PCB chairman, Wahab Riaz said, “After being removed from the post of PBC chairman, Rameez Raja said that being a former player, he should not have been treated like this. That’s why I said about them. The fact was that I had called him four times and messaged about two or three times, but he did not respond. Neither picked up my call nor replied to the message. I just want to say that if he is feeling bad then I also felt bad at that time. He could have at least answered.”
Wahab further said, “Whatever happened to Rameez Raja was because of the government. I had no role in removing them. But if he is talking about respect then it should be equal for all. It should not matter whether one is small, big or former cricketer. Everyone should be treated well. Wahab also told that during the chairmanship of Rameez Raja, he had to face all kinds of difficulties from the board.
